This print depicts my painting “Water Jug.” The Boddhisatva Guanyin is often depicted with a jug of water, one of the eight Ashtamangala, auspicious symbols of good fortune. Guanyin’s jug of water in particular symbolizes her ability to cleanse people of their troubles and pains.
